The idea of Offcast was born and developed in Tehran, Iran around 2014, when few students whom all got excluded from university based on their backgrounds, got together and started to build up a platform for themselves to share their projects. The ultimate aim was to be more productive and reach out their audience and all together fight the boundaries that excluded them from different spheres.

However, due to financial needs, Offcast ended up working in an off & on situation until the principal founders of it migrated to Germany. Now Offcast is getting it's shit together to rise again in Germany.
